"With all of the recent news articles about corrections staff being arrested or investigated for bringing cell phones, drugs, and other
contraband into the facilities, I'm starting to worry that the quality of the individuals that are hired at jails and prisons is lacking. At this time when unemployment is high across the country I would think it is good time to evaluate staff and get rid of the bad apples."
