Daily Fetzerism – March 4, 2010 – “Hug a GI Day”

 "If the jail incident report is a consensus report then someone is probably lying or not reporting all of the facts."

 

I would rather have each staff member write their own version of the incident for review by a supervisor.   Staff getting together and coming up with a report that everyone agrees to is dangerous in my book.  No supervisor wants to be embarrassed by a report, but  do I want a fairy tale on what happened or the truth?
